Abstract:

Islamic medicine holds great significance, evident through the advancements achieved by the people of Islam. This can be observed in establishment of world-renowned hospitals in Baghdād, Damascus, Cairo, Granada, Cordoba, and Ashbaliya. Scholars like Al-Ḥāwī have imparted their knowledge in European medical universities for over six centuries. Within the diversity of creation, including different forms, shapes, limbs, movements, and actions, we witness creatures of varying qualities, exemplifying the perfection and omnipotence of Allah Almighty. Furthermore, upon closer study, seemingly irrational creatures reveal astonishing aspects of their way of life. It is a testament to Allah’s unlimited power that He can accomplish anything according to His will. This article explores the medical benefits of insects mentioned in the Quran, shedding light on their remarkable qualities and the wisdom behind their creation.
